Our goal is to make every order understandable and supported from checkout through delivery.

Shipping scope

Orders are shipped to destinations made available during checkout. Eligibility and any shipping charge are confirmed before payment; free shipping applies only when checkout shows it.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is 2–4 business days after dispatch, but this estimate is not a guarantee and may change because of carrier, weather, address, customs, or peak-period conditions.

Order details and tracking

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information. Tracking is sent when available. If tracking is delayed, a parcel is lost, or a package arrives damaged, contact support with the order number and relevant evidence so the matter can be reviewed.
