Refund Policy

Our goal is to make every order understandable and supported from checkout through delivery.

Eligible claims

A refund or replacement review is available only when an item arrives damaged or defective, the wrong item is sent, or the item is materially not as described. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind, preference, or other no-reason returns are not accepted.

Evidence and authorization

Provide the order number, a clear explanation, and photos or video showing the issue and packaging. Do not return any item without written authorization; unauthorized returns are not accepted or reimbursed.

Review and outcome

Each claim is reviewed before approval. If approved, the available resolution may be a replacement, a refund to the original payment method, or another appropriate remedy. Processing time after approval can vary by payment provider.
